Description

I made this wall hanger for a Dewalt DCBL772 or DCMBA572 Flexvolt blower. It uses 2 screws and is meant to be secured to a stud. If you use proper drywall anchors you should be fine mounting this to drywall as well, though I would caution against it as I don't know how the drywall would hold up long term. The hole geometry is such that it supports both flat head and pan/round head screws.

Notes:

I would recommend printing with 4-5 wall loops and 15% infill.

I would recommend using a polymer that can handle the temperatures of wherever you live. PLA gets mushy in my garage during the summer so I have to use at least PETG or ABS.

Hole size is 5mm.

Countersink is 40 degrees.

Flat starts at 8mm in diameter and continues to 12mm in diameter and is sunk 4mm below the surface of the rest of the part.
