This is a high-performance, two-part mechanical tool designed to simplify build plate maintenance. It eliminates the need to touch Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) with your hands and provides a superior, ergonomic grip for deep cleaning PEI, Textured, or Cool plates.

The Mechanism

The core of this design is the Integrated Snap-Fit Locking System. By pressing the top cap into the base, the geometry automatically tensions the microfiber cloth across the bottom surface. This ensures a perfectly flat, drum-tight cleaning face that won't slip or bunch up during heavy scrubbing.

Assembly & Usage Guide

  1. Preparation: Cut a piece of microfiber cloth (circle ) to approximately the object diameter.

2:Alignment: Lay the cloth centered over the Upper Base.

3:Locking: Align the Top Cap and press down firmly. You will hear a loud "Click" once the snap-fit engages. The cloth is now locked and tensioned.

4:Application: Apply IPA to the cloth and use the side ridges for a secure, non-slip grip while cleaning.

Disassembly (Important)

To ensure the scrubber stays assembled during vigorous use, the snap-fit is designed to be very secure. Do not attempt to pull it apart with your fingernails.

  • The Lever Slot: Use the dedicated notch on the side of the housing.
  • The Technique: Insert a Bambu Scraper or a flathead screwdriver into the slot and apply gentle upward leverage. The cap will pop off safely for cloth replacement.

Cloth Selection & Troubleshooting

  • Standard Microfiber: Works best for a clean, easy snap-fit.
  • Thick/Plush Cloth: If your cloth is very thick, the snap-fit will be much harder to engage. If it doesn't "click," trim the edges of the cloth or switch to a thinner material.
  • Thin Cloth: If the tension feels loose, simply fold the cloth in half before snapping the cap to increase the grip.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PETG is highly recommended for the snap-fit's longevity and chemical resistance. PLA is also compatible but more brittle.
  • Wall Loops: Standard is gonna work fine.
  • Infill: 8/10% (Gyroid recommended).
  • Bottom Surface: For the best results, enable "Ironing" on the bottom-most surface of the base to ensure it is perfectly smooth and won't scratch your build plate.
