This parametric model lets you instantly generate standard DIN 125 / ISO 7089 washers or define your own custom dimensions.

How to use

  1. Click Customize
  2. Select a standard washer size or choose Custom
  3. Adjust parameters if needed

Printing tips
• Add ~0.2 mm clearance to the inner diameter if the washer must fit over printed bolts
• Print flat on the bed for best surface quality
• Use higher wall count for stronger washers

can I print more than one custom washer at a time?

yes, you have to save them, then import all saved in Bambu Studio / or duplicate them... if you want same ones

Custom feature is great, allowed me to quickly make a washer the exact size needed.

I continue to find uses for this model. I just used it to create two concentric cylinders to make a mold, which I filled with a ceramic material to cast a cylindrical part for a high temperature application. Great model!
