Boost Me (for free)

It always bothered me that with a cyclone dust extractor, you could never see the fill level and you always needed a completely sealed system. Due to this design, it was never possible to attach a garbage bag to collect the dirt. You always had to remove the dirt container and empty it into a garbage bag, which was always very dusty

With my design, it is now possible for the dust to fall directly into a garbage bag, and you always have an eye on the fill level :)

When the bag is full, it can be replaced with a new one immediately, without having to constantly check the fill level. It also reduces the risk of dirt that has already been separated from getting back into the vacuum cleaner

How it works:

By activating the vacuum cleaner, the lower cone on the cyclone automatically closes, creating a collection container that holds approximately 10L - 12L of dirt

By deactivating the vacuum cleaner, the cone opens, and the dirt automatically falls into the garbage bag (it is not necessary to use the garbage ring; a container can also be placed under the discharge). In the pictures, you can still see the old garbage ring; however, the new garbage ring is no longer open at the front but also closed, otherwise the garbage bag would slip out

ATTENTION!!!!!!

All parts should only be hand-tightened, as using tools can sometimes damage the components, rendering them unusable!!!!

Assembly:

All parts are equipped with threads, ensuring easy assembly and disassembly

First, both cyclone halves should be screwed together, then the cone should be inserted from below, and the pull rod from above. The pull rod has a 19mm hex surface to facilitate assembly. The cone has an intermediate strut at the bottom, which serves for counter-holding. The connection adapters are simply screwed in until they stop

Simply attach the wall mount to the wall or plate with 3 screws and insert the cyclone from above

The garbage ring should be mounted no further than 150mm from the cyclone's wall mount; this results in less dust generation and less dirt potentially falling beside it

Available screw adapters:

  • OsVac M32
  • Bosch Click and Clean
  • H35 vacuum hose connection thread

I can gladly make more screw adapters, but for that, I need dimensions, samples, or a model of the connection variant

Simple yet effective :)

Feel free to boost :)
