Hey Maker! Welcome to my MakerWorld page 👋

Here you'll find my 3D printing files designed with passion
I hope they inspire you and bring you as much joy when printing
as they did for me when creating them. Happy Printing! 🚀

Cutting disc with 6 blades compatible with ECOVACS (See dimensions in the last pictures!)

Easy to print! PRINT WITHOUT SUPPORT!

A pause is included in layer 25 so that the nuts (NO self-locking ones!) can be inserted there, then simply press play again. The nuts fit very tightly but still go in easily, so that they cannot break out later. Simple standard M4 DIN nuts that can be bought everywhere.

Absolutely easy to print, NO supports needed

The blade is designed for the standard cutting blades or for the Rasenwerk cutting blades.

The spacers can be printed and assembled separately, so that if they are lost, they can be re-printed individually at any time.

Diameter and overall height correspond to the standard cutting disc.

  • 188mm diameter of the disc
  • 34mm hex mount
  • Number of blades extended to 6
  • for standard blades/ Ecovacs/WORX/RASENWERK etc
  • Standard height
  • Perfect fit

If a different dimension is needed, just contact me!

ATTENTION for M500 there are different mounts, PLEASE check beforehand!

as always…..

HAVE FUN

no idea what tolerances are supposed to be too tight, but the fact is that these are the original dimensions of the original disc. and if it runs unevenly, then at most your printer is to blame and not my file….

Same problem with my 0800 The problem is in the area of the disc holder. it is a bit too thick for the 0800, as there is a plastic ring around the hexagonal holder. hopefully the photo shows the wear and tear. otherwise a very beautiful model. maybe the creator can take a look at it. if I may make a wish, it would be great if it were a little lighter ❤️
