Kove 800 Airbox pre-filters

This is a custom-designed 3D printed pre-filter I made for the Kove 800 to prevent dust from entering the airbox, a known issue when riding in off-road and dusty conditions.

Printed in ASA filament, this part offers:

✅ High temperature resistance
✅ UV resistance (won’t degrade in sun exposure)
✅ Excellent durability for adventure riding
✅ Better sealing around the intake snorkel

The pre-filter sits directly on the intake, adding an extra foam filtration stage before air reaches the main filter. This significantly reduces dust ingress into the airbox and helps protect the engine during off-road riding.

After installation, you only need to trim excess foam when fitting the plastic frame — simple, quick, and effective.
