Description
This model is a bridge flow test designed to evaluate and fine-tune bridging performance in FDM 3D printing.
It allows you to clearly see how different bridge flow settings affect sagging, line tension, and surface quality on unsupported spans.
The geometry is optimized to make flow-related issues visible without requiring complex post-processing or measurement.
How to use
- Print the model without supports
- The first plate is just a variation of brdge flows (0,9 - 2,0)
- Compare results across different settings
- For me 1,5/1,6 worked fine. So, on the second plate there is the speed variation (10mm/s - 50mm/s)
- Adjust flow until bridges are straight and evenly tensioned
This test is intended for PLA and similar materials, and works well with most slicers.
