Silicone tubing Outer diameter 5mm - Inner diameter 3mm
Silicone washer Outer diameter 8mm - Inner diameter 3mm - Thickness 1mm
(The silicone washer needs to be cut in half for use)
The joint pivot is a 3mm diameter ABS rod (If you have Gundam runners, you can use them as they are also 3mm in specification)
