VESA 100mm 40mm Monitor Offset Adapter

This is a VESA 100x100mm offset plate that shifts your monitor 40mm sideways.

I originally needed this because my dual monitor arm didn’t allow the screens to sit close enough together. The bezels were touching and slightly overlapping due to the arm geometry. This plate moves each monitor 40mm inward, allowing both displays to align cleanly and symmetrically.

I’ve been using two of these plates with my dual 27” monitors for over a year without any issues. No cracking, no visible deformation, and no signs of fatigue.

Because of that long-term real-world use, I believe this is a model worth having available here.

Printing Recommendations

For structural reliability:

• 4–6 perimeters
• 25–35% infill (grid or gyroid recommended)
• PETG or stronger material preferred (PLA also works if printed solid enough)
• Print flat on the plate surface

Using washers is recommended to better distribute pressure from the screw heads and reduce stress concentration on the plastic.

That said, one of my monitors has been mounted without washers for over a year and shows no degradation. Use your judgment depending on your print quality and material choice.
