The official X2D profile is the one uploaded by GilliGainz
Low Material / Fast Print: 11g total, 56min with the 0.4mm nozzle.
Prints completely flat on the build plate.
Zero supports needed.
Snap-fit installation, no hardware needed.
0.2mm nozzle profile recommended for maximum typographic fidelity (0.4mm compatible).

Getting fine typography and iconography to print flawlessly on a 3D printer takes a lot of trial and error. I ran much more test prints and prototypes than i thought i would need to dial in the tolerances on this flush, multi-color faceplate so that it prints reliably, giving your printer a stark, technical upgrade. Most importantly: [ Clean your plate before printing! ] The tiny details may detach or shift if the plate is dirty and adhesion is not adequate.

Industrial protection for the CoreXY idler pulleys. Conceals the belt hole and tensioning mechanics from dust and debris while explicitly labeling the hardware's function using flush industrial warning iconography.

Label the hazard. Protect the mechanics.

Thanks, glad you like it! I think it looks good with the yellow too. By the way, not to be nosy, but you might want to look into tweaking your Z-offset slightly. I had the exact same gaps on my first layers when I got my P2S. Bambu knows about it, and the next firmware update actually adds a Z-offset setting directly to the printer settings! Hope that helps for when you print them again in orange!

Great design but I couldn’t get the right cover to stay on. it keeps falling off.

Hey! GilliGainz made a hotfix and added an adjusted print profile that fixes the snap fit problems, please use his instead of mine! I will add this to the description when im back at my computer (couple days), so until then I hope people will see this comment
