Here is my Mini Flexi version inspired by Vijay, one of India’s most iconic actors and performers.
Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar, known simply as Vijay or “Thalapathy” by his fans, is one of the biggest stars in Tamil cinema. With a career spanning decades, he is known for his powerful screen presence, energetic dance moves and massive fan following across India and beyond.
This model captures his signature hairstyle, beard and confident look, reimagined in my articulated Mini Flexi style.

Print Settings
• Recommended layer height: 0.12 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Infill: 10–15%
• Wall Generator: Arachne
• Supports: No
Optimized for FDM printing.
Multicolor plates included where applicable.
Filament Recommendation
For best durability, use standard PLA or PLA+.
Avoid using Matte or Silk PLA for articulated parts.
These materials are more brittle and can cause joints to break more easily over time.
If printing for keychain use or frequent handling, regular PLA or PLA+ is strongly recommended.
