🔥 Special Notes – Print-in-Place Levers

This model features integrated print-in-place locking levers.

Because tolerances are tuned tight for long-term durability and minimal wobble:

• The levers may feel fused or stuck after printing.
• This is normal due to close mechanical tolerances.

To free them safely:

1. Use a thin straight edge, scraper, hobby knife, or razor blade.
2. Gently work along the pivot seam.
3. Apply light, controlled pressure. Do not force it.
4. Once separated, cycle the levers back and forth several times to smooth the motion.

Proper first release ensures clean operation and strong retention.

⚙️ Tolerance Notes

• Designed with tight clearance for a firm hold.
• Best results with well-calibrated printers.
• If your printer runs slightly over-extruded, you may need a careful initial break-in of the Print in place levers

This is intentional to prevent long-term looseness.
