This 3D printable lamp, designed by me, combines modern design with high functionality Its organically curved lampshade, with its structured, slatted form, creates a fascinating play of light and ensures an atmospheric ambiance in the room
Modular Concept
The lamp base is printed separately, making it flexibly adaptable to various lights The great advantage: The lampshade does not need to be reprinted when changing the light – only a suitable base is required
The lampshade was printed in vase mode with a 0.4 nozzle and a line width of 0.8mm (settings are available in my 3mf file)
Inside the base, there is a precisely integrated recess for accommodating an LED lamp, for example a BambuLab LED with a diameter of 60 mm
The cable is neatly routed downwards and led out through an integrated recess on the back of the base This creates a tidy, minimalist look with no visible cables at the front
I have added an additional print profile for a lamp base for E27 and E14 light bulbs
When using E27 light bulbs, compact bulbs must be used (normal ones have too wide a glass body), and a suitable adapter is included for E14 light bulbs
Individual Lighting Design
In my example, I use an LED light with a color-changing function This allows the light color to be adjusted according to the mood – from warm orange to vibrant red or other shades
Alternatively, a classic white LED can of course be used In this case, the lampshade can be individually printed in a desired color to set specific accents
High-Quality Surface Texture
The lamp base features a “Fuzzy Skin” exterior surface This gives it a special, slightly textured feel and creates an exciting contrast to the softly flowing design of the lampshade
