Discover ZKULL, a collection of modular figurines inspired by urban culture, designer toys, and modern icons. Each model is designed to avoid AMS usage and reduce filament waste through a multi-part assembly approach, allowing easy color changes with a single-extruder printer, no purge tower, no forced material swaps. Helmet lowered, expression empty yet focused, he embodies the silent tension just before movement. His uniform follows the compact strength of his posture, built to absorb force as much as to deliver it. Nothing is accidental, every curve, every surface, every volume exists for a precise moment: when everything shifts. He no longer hears the crowd. He no longer hears the noise. Only the moment.
His skull reveals neither fatigue nor hesitation. He is built to advance, to hold position, to remain standing when others fall back. The number he wears is not an identity, it is a marker. A presence. He is not defined by a team. He is defined by his stance. And even in stillness, he feels seconds away from impact.
Technical description
The model is fully designed as a multi-part assembly using friction-fit connectors. Tolerances allow glue-free assembly in most cases while ensuring a secure fit.
The helmet, face mask, torso, arms, legs, and accessories are separated to enable easy multi-color printing without AMS.
Eye and nose inserts may require a small amount of glue depending on your printer calibration.

Use the included BambuLab / Bambu Studio profiles for reliable results.
Recommended settings
• Layer height: 0.12–0.20 mm (0.16 mm recommended)
• Walls: 2
• Infill: 8–15%
• Supports: use only those included in the files
• Bed adhesion: brim if needed
• Temperatures: according to your filament
Parts are already oriented to minimize supports and maximize surface quality.
Assembly – recommended method
- Dry-fit all parts first
- Clean any support residue
- Light sanding if needed
- Apply glue only if permanent assembly is desired
- Check final alignment

• Do not change part orientation unless necessary
