Description

Hello, athletes and makers! 👋

Whether you are into powerlifting, bouldering, arm wrestling, or martial arts, you know that your grip is your lifeline. A strong pinch grip translates to better deadlifts, stronger holds, and absolute control.

I designed this Heavy-Duty Pinch Block Triangle to be the ultimate, all-in-one grip training tool that you can print right at home. It’s engineered to handle serious weight and help you crush your PRs (Personal Records)! 💪

✨ Key Features:

Boost Me (for free)

If this pinch block helped you level up your grip strength, consider giving it a Boost! 🚀 Your Boosts help me buy more PETG to test and design even more heavy-duty sports equipment for the community. Train hard and thank you for the support!

  • 3 Progressive Edges: Train your grip at different widths—25 mm (warm-up/heavy), 20 mm (working set), and a hardcore 15 mm edge for advanced pinch strength.
  • Thumb Isolation Hole: The "lock" is the most important part of any grip. I added a dedicated, comfortable thumb hole in one corner so you can isolate and train your thumb strength directly.
  • Heavy-Duty Geometry: The triangle is 30 mm tall, with wall thicknesses ranging from a solid 4 mm at the thinnest grip points up to 29 mm at the thickest core parts (excluding outer borders).

⚙️ How to Use: Simply run a strap or a heavy-duty carabiner through the central hole, attach it to a kettlebell, weight plate, or cable machine, and start lifting. (Note: Chalk is highly recommended for the best grip!)

⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY & PRINT SETTINGS (Please Read Before Printing): You will be hanging heavy weights from this block. To prevent the part from snapping and causing injury (like dropping a weight on your foot), you MUST over-engineer the print:

  • Infill: Set your infill to 80% or higher (Gyroid or Cubic). This block needs to be practically solid.
  • Material: PETG is strictly recommended. It has superior layer adhesion and impact resistance compared to PLA, which can be too brittle and shatter under sudden heavy loads.
  • Walls/Perimeters: Use high wall counts (at least 6-8 perimeters) to ensure the load-bearing central hole is unbreakable.
  • Hardware Warning: A carabiner is NOT included in this file. Please use a real, load-rated metal carabiner or lifting strap to attach your weights. Do not use 3D-printed carabiners for heavy lifting!

Stay safe, train hard, and let me know in the comments how much weight you managed to pull with the 15mm edge! 🦾
