Description
I created an adapter for a pipe because my old clothes pole broke.
I no longer wanted these steel pipes from the hardware store.
So I ordered 2 stainless steel pipes

50x2mm in 500mm length
42.4x2mm in 2500mm length
M3 screws and suitable heat set inserts are also needed
O-ring 42x2mm
KG pipe DN125 500mm length
The short one functions as a ground sleeve and was mounted in a DN125 KG pipe
I also set the KG pipe in concrete beforehand and aligned it.
With the two guides, the sleeve can be aligned in the KG pipe.
I also printed a suitable mount for a spirit level to fully align the sleeve.
The cap at the bottom of the ground sleeve also serves as a guide for the actual pole.
After inserting the pole into the ground sleeve, the upper guide can simply be slid into the ground sleeve. Then simply slide an O-ring over it, place the upper guide over it, and screw it in. This prevents water from entering the sleeve.
I also attached a cover cap for the screw connection. As well as an upper sleeve for aesthetics.
I mounted everything so that I can pave completely over it. The screw connection is thus under the paving.
Everything can be easily assembled. Fits perfectly without air. The pole is firm, but can be disassembled at any time.
