Medium Format Film (Roll Film) Light-tight Case (120)

This is a light-tight case for 120 film. There is also one for 620!

Until now, used film was secured by licking paper tape to prevent light exposure.
However, this is not hygienic, and development lab personnel surely do not want to touch human saliva.

This film case features an integrated clip to prevent the backing paper from loosening.
By placing the film in this case after shooting, you can wet and adhere the paper tape with clean water after returning home.
Those who develop their own film or respool to 620 will surely appreciate the convenience of this case!

I use matte black PLA. It is recommended because it provides excellent light blocking.
Conversely, the use of translucent or non-black filaments is not recommended.

Before using this case, please practice inserting and removing film in a sufficiently dark place (familiarity is required) and confirm the following with the film you intend to use:
　・Whether the backing paper is scratched or torn during insertion/removal
　・Whether the case can be opened and closed with the film inside, and if the cap is held with appropriate force
 (It is designed to be loose when no film is inside)

Film thickness varies by manufacturer and individual differences, so stable performance as a case cannot be guaranteed, hence it is labeled as a "prototype."
Additionally, although it was designed as a sealed container, please avoid refrigerating the case with film inside or using it in places with extreme temperature fluctuations, as this can cause condensation.
