PETG Strong 0.16mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill Gyro

No issues with the print. Threads work great. There is a watermark on the part which cheapens the look. When you tighten down the threads, they do not clamp the AirTag, which causes it to rattle.

Printed four, each a different color. Airtag is held securely by threaded cap and the carabiner makes it easy to attach to inside of suitcase. Inside threads a little stringy but after cleaning up with xacto knife they worked great and the cap tightened right up to the airtag, no rattles.

I had the same issue with a rattling AirTag, but inserting upside down seems to have fixed it. The threads were tight in the beginning, so I used a pair of needle nose pliers to help thread the first time around. It threads nicely after that. I used the pliers to get an extra bit of torque on the AirTag to keep it from loosening up per previous comments. I printed in PLA, so the hinge isn’t as flexible as it could be. Next time, I will probably try PETG or ABS to see if that helps. Overall this is a great print and should work just fine

Good project. Tag fits perfectly. If you can only just add some teeth to the locking ring, then it will be easier to screw it up together.
