Lab Rax 1-2 U Horizontal Front-Back Corner

Based on the original Lab Rax 10" Server Rack designed by mklements.

This item replaces a horizontal piece from the original Lab Rax design on the front or back of the rack (for example, the piece that includes the Lab Rax logo).  It can accommodate a 1/2 U panel to add just a bit more storage capacity.  I installed a 1/2 U keystone patch panel (not included in this project).  Since all four horizontal corners on the front and back are the same size, it can replace any of those that may be needed.  The pieces match the original design for assembly and use the exact same hardware as the bolt-together version.  

Note: I have only made the version that uses the hex nuts, not the heat inserts, since that is what I am using for my Lab Rax and I don't have heat inserts to measure or test fit.  The hex holes for mounting are just a bit more snug than the original Lab Rax pieces so that the nuts need to be pressed in and will not fall out when inserting the screws.

I printed this model in PETG.  Not tested in PLA.
