110° Corner Bracket (4.8 mm holes) – No supports
Print Profile(2)

Description
Description:
A simple 110-degree corner bracket I couldn’t find anywhere, so I modeled my own. Designed with 4.8 mm mounting holes and optimized to print without supports.
Print recommendation: print it on its side (laid down) for best layer orientation and strength.
Material: I personally printed it in Bambu Lab PLA-CF and it works great for this use case, but standard PLA/PETG should also work depending on load and temperature.
Assembly notes:
- You don’t need to use every hole/screw for most setups.
- Avoid countersunk (conical) screws: they can wedge into the layers and cause splitting.
- Use pan head / button head screws, or a bolt + washer + nut for better load distribution.
