Description

Emergency squeegee for sign making

This is a compact emergency vinyl squeegee designed specifically for sign making and vinyl application work. It is ideal when you suddenly need a squeegee in the workshop or on-site and do not have one available.

The geometry is designed to provide controlled flexibility while still applying even pressure across the vinyl surface.

Designed to be printed in PETG

This tool must be printed in PETG to achieve the correct balance between flexibility and strength.

PLA is not recommended, as it is too brittle and can crack under pressure during vinyl installation.

PETG provides just enough flex to conform to surfaces while remaining durable for repeated use in sign making environments.

Typical use cases

  • Applying cut vinyl lettering
  • Mounting decals and stickers
  • Small sign projects
  • On-site installations
  • Backup tool in your sign kit

It is not intended to replace professional felt-edge squeegees for high-end vehicle wraps, but it performs very well for general sign shop work and everyday vinyl application.
