This is a soft bait mold in 3 sizes.
The lure shape is similar to the NAYS VNM.
Lure sizes in 7cm, 10cm, and 14cm.
2-color casting possible with 2 pouring channels.
The funnel for 2-color casting can be used for all 3 sizes.
Important for printing:
- Definitely print with PETG-CF; this filament withstands high casting temperatures and does not deform even with multiple uses.
- Print bed temperature at 70°C and nozzle temperature at 265°C; this produced a very nice print, Bambu Lab PETG-CF was used as listed below.
- To ensure dimensional stability, it is essential to use this material. (no deformation of the mold even after X castings.)
- Infill of the mold 35%-45%
- 5 walls
- Set the variable layer height setting to zero or to quality and smooth.
- First layer height 0.2mm, remaining layers 0.08- 0.12mm
- Supports not required.
Use only hardened nozzles
