Conversion Filter Kit for Dennerle Corner Filter 60 XL

Replaces the two fleece filter cartridges with a base holder with sponges. I redirected the tube so that the largest possible rectangular sponge can be used

Prepare sponges:

At the inlet opening (grille) at the bottom, there is a small sponge [Coarse 5*50*38], behind it [Fine 15*50*38], above that [Fine 20*50*125] (here, leave a notch near the pump at the top), and at the very bottom, the carbon sponge can be replaced by a [Fine approx 13*6*3.5] sponge

Assembly:

Place sponges in the holder and position them correctly at the top near the pump, then clip them in at the bottom, insert the carbon sponge, then place the lid with the suction cups and reinstall the pump in the aquarium

Printing:

There are 2 print profiles each for A1 mini and P1S, each with PLA and PETG. I used PETG because it is more resistant in water

Please print as shown, with Tree support 35° (On print bed only)

Used sponge filters:

Juwel size L is approx 125*125*50mm, use other sizes if necessary, especially the coarse one can be chosen smaller, but they don't differ much in price

Juwel Bio Plus Coarse
15*50*38mm

Juwel L Bio Plus Fine:
20*50*125 (corresponds to a 20mm slice) and 5*50*38 and approx 13*6*3.5 for the bottom (if instead of carbon filter)
