Today I’m bringing this new gothic-inspired display base designed to pair perfectly with the knitted dark knight batman figure by @whale3dstudio.
For this design, I wanted to capture a dark Gotham-style atmosphere, so I created a circular stone platform surrounded by gothic fencing and added gargoyles on the sides to give it that dramatic rooftop vibe.
No AMS requiered. I've set the gargoyles to print in two parts or one. I personally recommend printing them in two parts, as the finish is better and the supports don't break the fangs.
The figure sits nicely centered on the base, making it ideal for display and photography.
Note: This base is designed for figures around 13,5 cm tall. You can scale it as needed to fit your print 😊
ATTENTION: The fence will require your filament to be dry and your retractions to be properly configured to avoid stringing.
