Modular Decorative Shield with Interchangeable Emblems

This customizable decorative shield is designed as a cosplay prop, display piece, or light play shield.
It features a modular construction, interchangeable emblems, and a removable slide-in handle system.

This model is not intended for real combat or heavy impact. However, depending on print settings (higher infill, stronger material, reinforced assembly), it can handle normal use and light cosplay or play activities.

📏 Dimensions (default scale)

• Shield thickness: 7.4 mm
• Emblem thickness: 4 mm
• Emblem slot depth: 4 mm
• Handle size: 130 × 26 × 69 mm
• Hanging mount: 10 mm outer circle (approx. 3 mm thick)

The emblems use a tight tolerance sliding system (~0.03 mm difference) and are secured primarily by edge contact.

At the tip of the shield, there is a small ~1.2 mm access hole that allows you to push out and replace the emblem easily.

🔩 Reinforcement Options

For users who want additional strength:

• The model includes holes for small screws
• Parts can be glued together
• Infill percentage can be increased for higher durability
• The hanging loop can be reinforced if needed

Final strength depends mainly on material choice, infill settings, and printer calibration.

I am not a professional heraldic expert, so 100% historical accuracy cannot be guaranteed. However, if you have an idea in mind, I will gladly help you create a personalized design and refine it together.

To create a design, I only need basic inspiration such as:

• your surname
• a favorite color (preferably one main color, optionally a secondary one)
• a hobby or favorite animal (optional)
• region of origin (not required)

This is not about collecting personal information — only simple design inputs needed to create a visual concept.

It is not intended for real combat or strong impacts, however, with correct print settings (higher infill, stronger material, optional reinforcement) it can handle normal handling and light use for playing or cosplay.
