Hello everyone!

Today I am releasing a standalone version of one of my favourite designs from the Mod3 lamp series. If you're looking for a striking piece of functional décor that plays beautifully with light and shadow, this is for you.

Introducing the Helical Lattice Lamp.

Dynamic Light & Shadow

The centrepiece of this design is the Helical Lattice shade. Featuring intersecting spiral geometries, this intricate shade doesn't just diffuse light—it casts dramatic, complex shadows across your walls, transforming the ambiance of any room.

Customizable & Modular Base

Personalise the lamp to fit your aesthetic. The system includes two interchangeable base designs that you can mix and match:

The Ringed Base: A sleek, horizontally ribbed texture.
The Spiral Base: A dynamic, twisting pattern that complements the shade perfectly.

Universal Compatibility

Whether you want a wired desk lamp or a wireless centrepiece, the base is engineered to accommodate a wide variety of light sources:

Printing & Materials

100% Support-Free: Every single part of this system—bases, threads, and shades—is designed to print without supports.
Material Recommendations: The bases look incredible in PLA-CF or Matte Black for that premium, weighted feel. The shades shine when printed in PLA Wood or bright/matte colours to highlight the lattice.
Pro Printing Tip: While support-free, the shades feature intricate patterns with steep overhangs. Slow your print speeds down for the shades to ensure your cooling fans if you experience any issues.
