Transform your Nintendo Switch Joy-Con into a full racing experience with this custom-designed Mario Kart-inspired steering wheel! Designed for immersive gameplay, this wheel cradles your Joy-Con securely while adding a satisfying, ergonomic grip for kart racing games.

🎮 Compatibility This steering wheel is fully compatible with the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch OLED Joy-Con controllers. The Joy-Con slides in and clips securely, giving you a stable and comfortable hold during even the most intense races.

🔧 Relocated Flexible Triggers – Print-in-Place Design One of the standout features of this model is its relocated trigger system. Thanks to a clever print-in-place flexible mechanism, the triggers are extended and repositioned to a natural, ergonomic location on the wheel. The triggers are clip-on and fully replaceable — if one breaks or wears out, simply print a new one and snap it back in. No screws, no glue, no hassle.

📁 Available File Formats

STL – For standard single-color/monochrome printing. Perfect for painting and customizing (as shown in the painted version with flames!)
3MF – Pre-configured for multi-material / multi-color printers, with parts already separated and color-assigned for the best out-of-the-box result.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings

Infill: Keep the wheel body below 40% to ensure the trigger arms retain the flexibility needed for smooth, responsive gameplay. Higher infill will make the triggers too stiff.
Supports: Recommended with overhang threshold set to 60° — if your printer supports this setting, it will significantly reduce the amount of support material generated, making post-processing much easier and cleaner.

Share Your Make! The 3MF file is ready for multi-material printing, but I haven't had the chance to print it in multi-color myself yet.
