Key Features:

  • Spot Welding Ready: Built-in alignment guides and indentations for nickel strips keep everything perfectly centered over the battery terminals during spot welding. This ensures strong, reliable connections and prevents accidental shorts.
  • Integrated Wire Routing: Designed with dedicated channels/holes to cleanly run balance wires or main power leads without making your pack bulky.
  • Quad Row Configurations: Includes 6 large sizes to build heavy-duty pack geometries: 4x2, 4x3, 4x4, 4x5, 4x6, and 4x7.
  • Thermal Management: Precise spacing between every cell ensures proper airflow, mitigating dangerous heat buildup during heavy charge/discharge cycles.

Printing Instructions:

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed.
  • Supports: NONE. The wire routing channels are designed to bridge cleanly.
  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended due to their temperature resistance. Avoid PLA for battery packs, as it can soften and warp from battery heat.
  • Infill: 20-30% (Grid/Gyroid) with at least 3 walls for maximum structural rigidity on these larger parts.
