Aerobar mounts for Garmin Edge, Lights & GoPro

This is it: The ultimate solution to mounting your Garmin Edge bike computer, dynamo/battery lights and action cameras to bike aerobars! This is an easy-to-print, simple, light and secure way to attach a combination of different accessories nicely centered on standard 22.2 mm aerobars.

To allow for different ergonomics, the design comes in six sizes: 60 mm, 70 mm, 80 mm, 90 mm, 100 mm and 110 mm aerobar spacing (inside-to-inside). All six sizes come in two different flavors, one for the popular Supernova E3 Pro 2 dynamo-light and one with standard GoPro interface for compatible battery-powered lights, action cameras and more. The Garmin Edge mount is at 14 degree angle for good visibility in different riding positions.

For super secure attachment of Garmin bike computers year-after-year, the design uses the injection molded interface piece from a genuine Garmin Edge mount (e.g. 010-11251-15, 010-10644-11 or 010-12563-02). Simply unscrew the interface piece from an original Garmin mount and attach to the 3D printed aerobar bridge using two M3 x 12mm button head cap screws with M3 washers. Use thread locker to secure the screws in place, or add a drop of CA or epoxy glue to cover the screw heads.

For the GoPro mount, you will need a M5 x 20 mm socket head cap screw, a M5 washer and a M5 Nylock nut. 

For the Supernova mount, you will need a M5 x 26 mm socket head cap screw, a M5 washer and a M5 Nylock nut.

The bridge itself is mounted to 22.2 mm aerobars using four 5 mm zipties.

Print the mount in ASA, ABS or Nylon for the best durability with heavy lights. If using the Garmin Edge mount without attached lights, also PETG or even PLA should work too. Use >4 perimeters with 5 top/bottom layers and 40% infill as in the attached ASA print profile.
