Hit Caddy, TCG Opening Organizer
Print Profile(1)

Description
If you’ve opened enough Pokémon packs, you already know the problem. The “protection pile” turns into a mini disaster on your table. Penny sleeves slide around, top loaders tip over, and semi rigids end up stacked like a leaning tower of anxiety right when you finally pull something that deserves immediate attention.
That’s why I designed the Hit Caddy.
It’s a clean, minimalist opening tray that keeps your protection supplies staged, separated, and ready to grab fast. Whether you’re ripping packs at your desk, streaming, or running live breaks, this keeps the flow smooth so you can protect hits immediately without clutter taking over the table.
What it’s designed to hold
Left bay: Semi rigid card savers. This slot was designed specifically around BCW Card Saver 1, also commonly listed as BCW SR1. Most semi rigids in this style are very close in size, so other similar semi rigid protectors should fit as well.
Center bay: Standard top loaders. No specific brand required. This is meant for typical trading card top loaders used for Pokémon and other TCGs.
Right bay: Penny sleeves. Again, no specific brand. This is sized for the standard penny sleeves most collectors use during openings.
Why it’s useful during openings, streams, and live breaks
Keeps your sleeves, top loaders, and semi rigids organized instead of scattered piles.
Speeds up the “pull to protection” process so big hits get sleeved immediately.
Reduces table clutter so your camera area stays clean and your hands stay moving.
Great for streamers and breakers who need repeatable workflow during high volume openings.
Looks clean on camera. It’s functional, but it also makes your opening setup feel dialed in.
Design notes
Minimalist footprint that doesn’t eat up your work surface.
Separate compartments to prevent stacks from sliding into each other.
Embossed front text reads “Hit Caddy,” so it looks like an actual purpose-built tool, not a random tray.
Printing recommendations
Material: PLA works perfectly for a desk organizer. PETG and ABS are great upgrades if you want extra toughness, especially if you’re constantly moving it around or doing long sessions. I've also printed this in PLA-CF.
Layer height: 0.2 mm is a great balance of quality and speed.
Infill: 15 percent is plenty.
Supports: none.
Brim: optional, based on your printer and bed adhesion.
Orientation: print flat on the bed as shown in the photos.
Fit and brand variation note
Top loaders and penny sleeves are pretty standardized, but there can be slight brand-to-brand differences. Semi rigids are generally close as well, but if you use an unusually thick brand or a different style, you may see a slightly different fit. If you ever need to tweak it, a small XY scale adjustment usually does the trick.
If you print the Hit Caddy and it makes your openings smoother, I’d love to see a photo of your setup. Ratings and Boosts help a ton too. The points go right back into keeping my Bambu printers running and stocked with filament, which means more practical designs like this get made and shared.
