If you want to skip the customizer and print right away, I've included two pre-configured files featuring the classic "HOME BAR" text. Please note: The provided print profiles and all the photos shown in this listing are printed in PLA.

• 175x100 mm Version: Sized perfectly to fit the build plate of the Bambu Lab A1 Mini.
• 250x100 mm Version: Maximized for larger printers like the Bambu Lab P-Series, X-Series, and similar beds.

• Smart Dynamic Text Box: Whether your bar is called "PUB" or "THE DRUNKEN SAILOR LOUNGE," the central solid block automatically calculates the length of your text and resizes itself proportionally.
• Fully Resizable: Use the Customizer to adjust the overall width and depth of the mat to perfectly fit your counter space.
• Flush Surface: The top of the text block is exactly flush with the top of the pegs, ensuring your glasses and cocktail shakers sit perfectly stable anywhere on the mat.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

While the photos and pre-made profiles use PLA (which works perfectly as a rigid, sturdy drip tray), you can absolutely print this in TPU (Flexible Filament) if you want the authentic, non-slip, waterproof rubber feel of a real commercial bar mat!

• Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (95A or 85A).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm provides a great balance of speed and quality.
• Wall Loops: 3 walls to ensure the pegs are strong and durable.
• Infill: 15% to 20% Gyroid.
• Multicolor (AMS/MMU): Print the base and pegs in Black, and swap to White, Gold, or Neon for the final text layers to make your bar name pop!
• Top Surface / Ironing (For PLA/PETG): If you want a smooth top finish on the text block, turn on Ironing—but ONLY for the text block!
  • ⚠️ Crucial Slicer Tip: Do NOT iron the entire model, or the printer will try to iron the top of every single round peg, which ruins the finish and takes forever. Instead, right-click the model in your slicer (Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer), select Add Modifier > Cube, scale the cube to cover only the central rectangular text block, and enable Ironing exclusively for that modifier.
