Description
Here is a creation of a combined button box with an integrated Stream Dock from Soomfon.
I have installed this model:

The external buttons have a size of 16mm (bore diameter) and are controlled with an Arduino Micro Pro. No instructions are included for this, but there are many on YouTube and it's not really difficult.
The button box is very suitable for SimRacing or flight simulators.
A mount for attachment to an aluminum rig is also included.
