Based on the Bald Eagle, this design incorporates modern hollow-out aesthetics, subtly blending a sense of power with lightness. Through the hollow-out structure on the front, it breaks the heaviness of a solid sculpture, and while retaining the majestic temperament of the sea eagle, it gives the work a transparent and ethereal visual depth, symbolizing the inner tension of the spirit of freedom and the breath of life.

Form and Structure
Main Form: Adopts a classic standing posture, with the head looking straight ahead, showcasing the sea eagle's composure and sharpness. The body lines are smooth, and the wings are naturally folded, which not only conforms to biological morphology but also facilitates 3D printing.
Hollow-out Design: The front chest and abdomen feature an organic geometric hollow-out structure, composed of intersecting curves and sharp angles, which not only reduces the overall weight but also creates unique light and shadow effects. When light passes through, it produces rich variations of light and dark, enhancing the artistic expressiveness of the work.

Feather Details: The head and neck feature a fluffy, filamentous texture, while the body and wings are presented with layered, flake-like feathers. Carved lines in different directions simulate the growth direction of feathers, forming a strong contrast in material and form with the front hollow-out structure.

Base Design: Continues the rugged style of a rock base, echoing the delicate feathers and transparent hollow-out of the sea eagle. This ensures stability during printing and enhances the work's sense of nature and power.

3D printing adaptability

Wall Thickness Control: The main body wall thickness is set to 3–5mm, and the hollow-out structure's wall thickness is 2–3mm, balancing strength with lightweight design, and preventing warping or under-filling during printing.

Detail Retention: Feather carving line depth is controlled at 1–2mm, and the minimum gap of the hollow-out structure is ≥3mm. This ensures visual effects and prevents detail loss during printing, while also reducing the difficulty of post-processing.

Color and Material Suggestions
Recommended Color Scheme: Use off-white and light gray as the base to simulate the texture of stone or resin; the hollow-out parts can be accented with dark brown or antique bronze to enhance layering; the eyes can be accented with bright yellow or amber to elevate the visual focus.
Material Selection: PLA/ABS is suitable for daily display, while resin printing can better restore the delicate texture of the feathers and the transparency of the hollow-out, making it suitable for collector-grade works.
