Description

Mount both a Stream Deck XL and a Stream Deck Plus together! This works great for flight simulation but would be useful for anyone needing to use two Stream Decks at once. Also includes a slot in the front (61mmx71mmx6mm) for use with a desk clamp, for example a HOTAS mount.

For assembly use M3x6mm heatset inserts and M3 screws with countersunk heads.

Awesome thanks! I'm glad you like it! Let me know how the tolerances are for you - for mine it fit perfectly but I'd be curious how much variation there is between printers.

everything seems to fit well...the only "issue" I have is the plus being pushed up--depending on the amount of slack in the USB cord. It's not an issue though lol I am happy with it. Do you have yours mounted or sitting on a desk?

Ah interesting! I use a cord with a 90 degree plug at the end so I don't have that issue. I think you can get adapters to angle the plug 90 degrees as well

After loading up the model in Bambu Studio, I'm a little confused about the use of both PLA and PETG, with the PETG just being used where the supports are. What am I missing?

I'm using the PETG for support interface as it doesn't bond very well to PLA so the supports come away easily. Optional for sure, just makes life a bit easier!

Ah, that makes sense. I don't have PETG on hand, so I am using only PLA, which for plate 1 (the Streamdeck XL piece) as oriented, makes separation of the supports pretty much impossible on the bottom and mid-section. Re-orienting and using small tree supports appears to be workable though. Currently printing and if that does work as expected I'll post a profile for it that may help others.
