Description
Why I Made This
I printed a slim vacuum nozzle from MakerWorld to clean narrow spaces between sliding doors.
Both the nozzle and my vacuum tube were 32mm in diameter, so they couldn't connect directly.
Instead of searching for a commercial adapter, I designed a simple friction-fit coupler.
Design Details
- Outer diameter: 32mm (both sides)
- Internal diameter: 31.5mm for snug fit
- Friction-based connection
- No glue required
- No supports needed
- Quick and easy print
Print Settings
- 0.2mm layer height
- 3–4 perimeters
- 5% infill
- PLA or PETG
If your printer is slightly over/under-extruding, you may adjust scaling by ±0.2%.
