Description

Celebrate the Year of the Goat with this elegant, modernized take on traditional Chinese "Window Flower" (窗花) art. This model has been specifically designed as a low-profile wall or window decoration, blending ancient cultural symbolism with the precision of 3D printing.

The design features a graceful mountain goat—a symbol of peace, resilience, and vitality—framed by blooming peonies, which traditionally represent prosperity and wealth.

Design Specifications

  • Optimized Thickness: Precisely 0.6mm. This ensures the model is flexible enough to be applied to slightly curved surfaces but rigid enough to maintain its shape when hung.
  • Layer Compatibility: At a 0.2mm layer height, this prints in exactly 3 layers, making it a very fast and efficient "First Layer" stress test or a quick decorative project.
  • Dimensions: Default diameter is approximately 200mm, but it can be scaled up easily in your slicer.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Nozzle: 0.4mm (0.2mm recommended for finer detail in the floral filigree).
  • Layer Height: 0.2mm.
  • First Layer Speed: 20–30 mm/s (Crucial for the intricate vine details).
  • Material: PLA (Red is traditional, but Silk Gold or Wood PLA also looks stunning).
  • Infill: 100% (Since it is only 3 layers thick).
  • Adhesion: A clean PEI sheet or a touch of glue is recommended due to the fine lines.
