32mm Pill Custom Cap

My goal was simple: make bottles identifiable by the cap rather than relying on side labels, which can be difficult to see quickly when multiple medications are stored together.

To accomplish this, I designed a solid, non-locking lid that accepts top-side labeling while still fitting the common 32 mm pharmacy pill bottles used by several pharmacies, including Walmart. These bottles typically use both standard screw tops and screw-locking safety caps, so the lid was built to remain compatible with that ecosystem.
 
 

All print settings provided are based on PLA, but the model also prints well in PETG. Labels can be hidden or removed entirely if you prefer a blank top for simple color-coded organization.
