Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you're a fan of the model and have a free boost, I would appreciate the extra exposure and encouragement to keep designing.

Bring a little retro-futuristic flair to your desk, game room, or workshop with this glow-in-the-dark Nuka Cola Quantum Coozie. The design blends the signature glowing Quantum aesthetic with the body of the Mini Nuke, and is sure to have all your friends asking you to print one for them.

Standing 185mm tall (7 in), the Quantum “Mini” Nookzie is intentionally oversized to create a striking display piece while still securely holding a standard 12 oz can. The large base ensures that despite its elevation, your drink is never in danger of tipping over.

4 Profiles are included. All of them place the seam at on the opposite side of the lettering; on a cylinder, there isn't a great place to hide it, so I just went with the least visible location. All of them also feature 5 walls to really give the glow strength and concentric top and bottom surfaces to give a great finish.

  1. 5-Filament: The one that I used to print the model in the pictures. It includes Support for PLA/PETG to give a great finish on the support interfaces and calibrated purge volumes if you're printing with a 0.4 nozzle on a P2S to make sure you don't waste any more filament than you need. Important Note: Changing any of the filaments in the profile will cause Bambu Studio to automatically recalculate purge volumes. This isn't necessarily an issue, it will just result in a bit more waste.
  2. 4-Filament: For users with 4-color printing capability. Support for PLA/PETG is removed from this profile, but it still features the calibrated purge volumes.
  3. 1-Filament: The easiest, fastest option. If you just want the great shape and eye-catching glow, you only need 1 filament.
  4. A1 Mini: I wasn't thinking when I designed the model and put it just barely above the height limit for A1 Mini users. Because of the tight fit of the cavity, simply scaling down the model wasn't an option. I don't want anyone to be excluded, so I went back into Fusion and scaled only the height down just enough to meet the Mini's limitation. The change should be imperceptible. The profile defaults to 4 colors, but you can easily use the same profile for 1 color. Unfortunately, I don't have an A1 mini myself to test the profile, so please let me know if you have any issues.
