This applicator is designed specifically for applying suspension “fork boost” style lubricants to MTB fork stanchions and dropper posts - evenly, cleanly, and without the mess of rags or fingers.
It screws directly onto the common AliExpress fork boost oil bottle and allows you to wipe a consistent film around the stanchion or post in one smooth motion. You can purchase 5 of these bottles for around $2 on Aliexpress - link to the bottle here
Available Sizes
Designed to suit common MTB components:
- 26mm – Dropper posts
- 34mm – Fork stanchions
- 36mm – Fork stanchions
- 38mm – Fork stanchions
- 40mm – Fork stanchions
Each applicator has the size clearly labelled on the side so you can quickly identify it in your toolbox.
How It Works
- Fill bottle with suspension lube
- Screw applicator onto bottle
- Place around stanchion or dropper
- Gently squeeze and rotate to apply lube evenly around stanchion
- Cycle fork a few times to lift dirt off the seal
- wipe away excess oil
