Description
Do not use PLA, as it deforms too easily at summer temperatures. I used PETG.
After I designed a holder for my Ford Tourneo Custom (https://makerworld.com/de/models/1730539-ford-tourneo-custom-adapter-for-phone-holder#profileId-1838084), I was asked if I could also design a holder for the mounting holes to the left of the steering wheel that are present in the Transit Custom. My Tourneo Custom does not have this mounting point. For this, only the base had to be rotated by 90°. Following suggestions for improvement, I slightly enlarged the ball to over 17mm, as PETG always shrinks slightly after cooling, and thus the holder might not have been clamped tightly enough.
