Description
This package contains an STL model of the [Tier-2] keychain logo optimized for FDM 3D printing. The model is sized for everyday use (≈45–60 mm across depending on the logo) with a reinforced keyring hole and a flat backside for easy post-processing.
Suggested final print size: ~45–60 mm (adjust in your slicer).
Recommended print settings:
Layer height: 0.16–0.24 mm
Wall/shells: 2–3 perimeters
Infill: 10–20% (increase to 25–30% for thin/delicate logos)
Print speed: 40–60 mm/s
Material: PLA (recommended) — PETG if you need extra toughness
Supports: usually none required; enable supports for complex cutouts or overhangs
Brim: recommended for small contact area parts to avoid lifting
Multi-color tips: to print with two colors, pause the print at the layer where color changes occur or slice as separate parts and glue together.
Post-processing: light sanding, primer, and acrylic paint for a polished look. Use superglue to attach keyrings.
License & use: This file is intended for personal use and small-scale commercial sale of printed items. If you plan large-scale distribution or use of trademarked logos, check the team’s licensing policies.
