⚙️ Model Parameters

  • battery_diameter — diameter of the battery for which the holder is designed (for example, a 21700 battery has a diameter of 21 mm).
  • battery_setback — additional clearance added to the battery diameter; depends on your 3D printer’s accuracy and quality, should be adjusted experimentally.
  • unit_height — height of the holder without including the nickel strip channels.
  • number_batteries_S — number of batteries connected in series.
  • number_batteries_P — number of batteries connected in parallel.
  • tape_zone_height — height of the nickel strip channels.
  • tape_weight — width of your nickel strip (cannot be larger than the size of a single cell).
  • wall_width — wall thickness of the holder at its thinnest point;  I recommend adjust according to your nozzle diameter to ensure strength and print quality.
