1. The Shade (Print Settings):
- Mode: Spiral Vase (Spiralize Outer Contour)
- Bottom Shell Layers: 0 (Crucial: this leaves the bottom open to slide over the base).
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or lower(There are some overhangs in the model that may sag if printed at a larger layer height.)
2. The Base (Print Settings):
- Walls: 2 to 3 wall loops.
- Infill: 15% Gyroid.
- Supports: None required.
Assembly: Simply pop your 60mm LED puck into the printed base, route the USB cable through the bottom channel, and slide the translucent linen sleeve over the alignment lip. No glue or hardware required!
Troubleshooting
The lamp is 0.12mm layer height by default so holes should not be an issue but if you're still getting overhang holes, lower temps or increase outside line width to 0.5mm-0.6mm.
