325mm Classic Steering Wheel – 3D Printable
Full-size 325 mm steering wheel designed with realistic proportions and a clean classic three-spoke layout. The model features a consistent 30 mm grip thickness and a standard 6×70 mm bolt pattern, matching common automotive steering wheel dimensions.
The design is optimized for desktop 3D printers with a 220×220 mm build area. The ring can be printed in multiple segments and assembled after printing, allowing large diameter prints on smaller machines.
The geometry was created from scratch in CAD with a focus on smooth curves and accurate alignment between parts. The rounded grip profile provides a natural hand position and a uniform feel around the entire wheel.
