This custom-designed Chicago Bears Lighted LED Sign is built for both display versatility and clean illumination. Designed to be printed easily and assembled with minimal hardware, this piece works great as a desk feature or wall-mounted accent.

The internal cavity is optimized for LED strip placement to maximize brightness while maintaining a sleek profile.

Design Features

• Designed for LED strip lighting around the body perimeter
• Interior cavity supports the addition of reflective material to enhance brightness
• LED wire access hole sized at 7mm x 5mm (can be manually adjusted if needed)
• Subtle flat base at the bottom:
  • Allows the light to stand upright on a desk or table
  • Small enough to remain visually clean when wall-mounted
  • Eliminates the need for a separate stand piece

Lightweight finished design — easy to mount using 3M adhesive strips

💡 Lighting Recommendations

• Highly recommended: Use LED strip lighting that remains cool to the touch
• Avoid high-heat lighting elements to prevent PLA warping
• Adding reflective backing inside the housing will significantly increase light output and diffusion

🖨️ Print Details

• Successfully printed in Bambu PLA with no issues
• Designed for clean, reliable FDM printing
• No excessive supports required (depending on slicer settings)
• Can be scaled if desired

🧩 Assembly Instructions

• Secure the front plate to the back plate using Gel Gorilla Glue
• Apply glue sparingly along the inner brim only
• Allow adequate drying time before handling

• Stands independently on flat surfaces
• Can be wall-mounted using 3M strips
• Lightweight construction eliminates the need for heavy mounting hardware
