This is a simple and practical clip designed for wall grooves (bruzda) used for holding cables or conduits securely in place before plastering.
The model fits grooves with widths of:
- 3 cm
- 4 cm
- 5 cm
You can easily adapt it to other groove sizes by scaling the model.
⚙️ Important Scaling Tip
When scaling the model, make sure that in the Y-axis the clip is 4–5 mm wider than the groove width.
This ensures proper tension and a secure fit inside the groove.
Example:
If your groove is 40 mm wide → scale the model so the Y dimension is 44–45 mm.
Printing Settings:
- Material: SUNLU PETG
- Nozzle temperature: 240°C
- Bed temperature: 75°C
- Adhesion: No issues
- Print quality: Excellent result
