Description
Universal inner sleeve for integrating an original Tonie magnet and a Kreativtonie chip into your own 3D-printed figures
The sleeve is designed so that:
- at the bottom a chamber is provided for the original magnet
- above it the Kreativtonie chip sits
- the entire module is inserted into a prepared cylindrical bore of the figure
This allows any models to be equipped according to the "Magic Tonie" principle, regardless of the external design
Technical Data
- Outer diameter: 8 mm
- Height: 30 mm
- Recommended bore in the figure:
- Ø 9 mm
- 31 mm depth
- Print pause: Layer 8 (for magnet insertion)
The 1mm difference allows for a clean fit (check depending on printer)
Workflow
- In the desired figure in the slicer, place a cylinder (negative part)
- 9 mm diameter
- 31 mm depth
- Print figure
- Print sleeve separately
- Activate print pause at Layer 8
- Insert original magnet
- Continue print
- Insert chip
- Insert sleeve into the figure (press-fit or secure minimally)
Print Recommendations
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 100% infill recommended (stability + weight)
- PLA sufficient
- Check dimensional accuracy (use XY compensation if necessary)
