Description
My popular Chicken waterer is far too big for quail. I developed this model; for quail or smaller birds that are at risk from drowning with the larger waterers. I uploaded 2 models, The first is designed to accept any standard mouth (small mouthed) canning jars of any capacity however it is recommended to use ½ quart (400 mL) jars or smaller. The second accepts 28 oz Powerade bottles. These models are easy-to-print single-color designs that require no supports.
Note: I am able to print these designs however I do not have quail to actually test with real birds. If you feel the design needs adjustments, I will not be offended with suggestions left as a comment. Also, there are other standard jar types outside the US and I would be willing to add additional profiles to accommodate those jars. To do so, I will need accurate measurements of jar diameter, thread size and thread pitch.
