Description

This is a 5" soft‑jaw clamp system I designed in Tinkercad for use in a standard bench vise. The design uses a two‑part setup: a rigid base printed in PETG or PLA+, and a removable TPU sleeve that slides over the top. I also included slots for 10mm × 2.6mm magnets so the jaws stay securely attached to your vise.

The TPU face protects softer materials from scratches, dents, and marring while still giving you a firm grip. If the TPU layer ever gets damaged, you can simply reprint that part instead of redoing the entire setup. You can also swap between different TPU hardnesses depending on your project—anything from 90A to 85A works, but I chose 95A since it’s firm and performs best for general use.

Model dimensions are 126.5mm (L) × 25mm (H) × 20.83mm (D). Advise to use at least 6 walls and 25+ % infill

If you need a different magnet size or want to customize the design, just export it from Bambu Studio and edit the features in Tinkercad.

Hope you enjoy this model, it’s my first upload, so please be gentle! I’d love to hear any suggestions for improvements.
