Marathon Heal-Bot – Articulated Fan Model

This is my hand-modeled replica of the Heal-Bot from Marathon (Bungie), built completely from scratch in Fusion using reference videos and in-game images.
The model is moveable (the head and arms) to allow a motion replication seen in the promotional material.

Features

• Articulated body using a custom-designed printed hinge and shaft system.
• Slide-in head bracket so if the hinge eventually wears out (as printed hinges do), you only need to reprint the small bracket, not the entire head
• Designed for modularity, and easier long-term maintenance
• Cute robot, right? It can't heal you like in the game, but the cute face makes you feel good!
   

Important: This entire model was created without the use of AI.
Every part was modeled by hand as a personal passion project.
Some of my models have begun to appear on MakerWorld and other sites without permission wherein they have been reproduced using image-to-3D.

Assembly Instructions and Notes

1. Insert the shafts into each of the shaft guide holes on the arms. The shafts have different shapes, please make sure they are in the correct shaft guide.
2. Glue the small connection notch to the bottom surface of the head assembly. It will stick out of the back, this is intended for balance.
3. Glue the bottom outside surfaces of the hinge assembly to the depressions on the arm inner areas. 
   Note, the hinges are fragile, be careful with them.

Full-Color and Single Color Options

A full-color profile is included with hand-painted decals inspired by the in-game model, aiming to match the original look as closely as possible.
A single color profile is also available.
